“The Beach Villa is our family’s favorite for our St. John trips. All three generations have been happy with the accommodations and the perfect location. The Schnell family makes every effort to ensure their guests’ comfort. We asked for a new DVD player, which appeared within an hour. We used the vast stone and shell hot tub every day and night. This is a well-maintained, true island-style home with mature gardens and a sandy beach, which we loved. It has an entrance to the water through the Stone Grotto path (our name). After 24 trips to St. John and eight different villas, the Beach Villa has everything for a comfortable stay. We’ll be back.”

The home exceeded the pictures with its stunning location on Great Cruz Bay—a rarity in St. John. The gorgeous pool, inviting hot tub, and beautifully landscaped grounds made every moment special. We loved cooking dinners and dining outdoors on the elegant Italian stone table. The villa’s location was convenient, and every room was impeccably designed. This was our fifth trip to St. John, and it was by far the best home we’ve stayed in. Donald was incredibly accommodating. We can’t wait to return!”
